1. What this service is

Bharat Kist, operated by LAST FLIGHT SOLUTION LIMITED (CIN U96090UT2026PLC020874), is a financial-literacy and consulting marketplace. What we sell is consulting time: scheduled sessions, and the written plans produced from them. The sessions are delivered by independent verified consultants ("Experts") who provide their services through the platform.

We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), a lending platform, a loan broker, a direct selling agent, a loan aggregator, a credit information company or credit bureau, an insurance intermediary, or a registered investment adviser. We hold no licence to be any of those things and do not represent ourselves as any of them.

2. We do not lend, hold or move money

We do not provide loans, credit lines, advances or any credit facility. We do not accept deposits. We do not hold client funds, operate a wallet, or maintain any balance on your behalf.

We never handle your instalment money. You pay your lenders directly, exactly as you do now. We have no ability to move money into or out of any account of yours, and no access to any account of yours.

The only money that moves between us is the consulting fee you pay, in advance, through a payment gateway.

3. Experts are independent professionals

Every Expert listed on the platform has had their mobile number, PAN, identity and bank account verified through Cashfree's regulated verification suite, and has had their qualification and experience reviewed by a person before being listed.

They remain independent professionals, not our employees or agents. Their advice is their own professional judgement. We select carefully, publish who you are speaking to and what they are qualified in, set the standards they must meet, and remove those who fall below them — but we do not review each individual piece of advice before it reaches you.

Under the Expert Partner Terms, an Expert must never recommend a specific lender or financial product, never take a commission or referral fee from a lender, never promise you a credit score or a loan approval, and never ask you for a password, PIN, CVV, OTP or account access. If one does any of these, report it to support@bharatkist.com. It is grounds for immediate removal.

If something goes wrong with a session, your route is to us. You never have to pursue an Expert yourself.

4. We do not guarantee any outcome

Your credit score is calculated by credit information companies from data reported by your lenders. Loan approvals, sanctioned amounts and interest rates are decided by lenders on criteria we neither control nor see.

We therefore make no guarantee that:

• your credit score will increase, by any amount or at all;
• any loan, card or credit facility will be approved;
• any particular interest rate, tenure or sanction amount will be offered to you;
• any specific financial outcome will follow from our consulting.

What we can say is what we do: explain the mechanism accurately, help you build habits that historically support a better record, and be honest with you about how long it takes.

5. We do not "repair" credit reports

We have no access to your credit file. We cannot add to it, alter it, dispute entries on it, or have anything removed from it.

Accurate negative information cannot be removed from a credit report by anyone, at any price. If an entry is genuinely wrong, you can raise a dispute directly with the credit information company yourself, free of charge — and we will show you exactly how to do that as part of a session, not as a paid extra.

Anyone offering to delete accurate entries, or promising a specific score for a fee, is selling something that does not exist. That is true whether or not they claim to be associated with us.

6. Calculators and simulators are illustrative

This website contains interactive tools: an EMI-miss simulator, a credit-score factor model, a loan-readiness estimator and an EMI calculator. Every one of them is an illustrative teaching model built on simplified, published assumptions.

Their outputs are not credit scores, not quotations, not valuations, not offers of credit, and not predictions of what any lender will do. They exist to make the subject matter of our consulting tangible. Do not make a financial decision on the basis of a number one of them produced.

7. Not investment, tax or legal advice

Nothing on this website or in a consulting session constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to enter into any particular financial product or transaction.

Where your situation calls for a registered investment adviser, a chartered accountant or a lawyer, we will say so and suggest you consult one. We do not receive any fee for saying that.

8. We take nothing from lenders

We receive no commission, referral fee, brokerage or revenue share from any bank, NBFC, lender, insurer or financial product provider. We do not pass your details to any of them.

Our only income is the fees published on our Pricing page, paid by the person receiving the advice. We think that is the only arrangement under which the advice can be worth anything.

9. Fraud warning

Nobody from Bharat Kist will ever:

• ask you for a net-banking password, card number, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN or OTP;
• ask you to install a screen-sharing or remote-access application;
• ask you to transfer money to an individual's personal account;
• offer you a loan, or ask for a "processing fee" to release one;
• promise a guaranteed credit score or guaranteed loan approval;
• ask you to pay a fee to become a Bharat Kist Expert, or to "release" your payout. Joining costs nothing and payouts are never conditional on a payment from you.

If you are contacted by someone doing any of these in our name, do not engage. Report it to support@bharatkist.com with as much detail as you can, and to your local cybercrime authority.

10. External links and third-party content

Where we link to an external website — a credit bureau, a regulator, a government portal — we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

11. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Regulations, lender practices and bureau methodologies change, and there may be a period during which a page has not caught up.
