Service 03

Every instalment you pay on time is an argument you are making to your next lender.

Nobody presents it that way, so most people do not realise their repayment record is the single most persuasive document they own. This session is about building that record deliberately — and then presenting it properly when it matters.

The problem

Two identical applicants. Very different answers.

Same salary, same job, same existing commitments. One has thirty-six instalments paid on time; the other has three late payments scattered across two years. The first is offered a larger sanction at a lower rate. The second is offered less, priced higher, or nothing.

The gap is not a mystery to a lender — the repayment record is the most reliable predictor of repayment they have. It is only a mystery to the borrower, because nobody ever showed them how their own file reads from the other side of the desk.

Which means the record is buildable. Not quickly, and not by any trick, but deliberately — and the compounding is real. That is what this consulting is for.

This is for you if…

  • You expect to borrow within the next one to three years
  • You were sanctioned less than you asked for last time
  • You are self-employed and your income is hard to document
  • You want to know what to fix before you apply, not after
  • You are being offered credit at rates that feel high

See it for yourself

Hold the salary constant. Move only the record.

Income, existing EMIs and tenure stay exactly where you set them. Drag the score — the one input a consistent repayment habit actually changes — and watch what the same person can borrow.

What an on-time record is worth

The same salary, the same commitments — only the repayment record changes.

Sized using FOIR — the share of monthly income a lender will let you commit to debt. We use 50%, a common ceiling for a salaried applicant.

Illustrative only. These figures are a teaching model, not a quote, a credit score or an offer of credit. Real scores are calculated by the credit bureaus from data your lenders report; real eligibility is decided by the lender.

What you walk away with
  • How lenders actually read a repayment history
  • Where you stand today, in a lender’s terms
  • The documentation and timing that strengthen an application
  • A readiness checklist to work through before you apply

The deliverable

Where you stand, in a lender’s language.

  • How lenders read a repayment history — what a 30-day late means versus a 90-day, and how long each keeps mattering.
  • Your position today, described in the terms an underwriter would use: obligations, FOIR headroom, record quality, documentation gaps.
  • A readiness checklist to work through before you apply, in the order that makes the most difference.
  • Application timing and sequencing — why several applications in quick succession works against you, and how to space them.
  • A documentation pack list so your income and record present as strongly as they actually are.

How a session runs

A scheduled call, then something written down.

Sessions are conducted remotely in English or Hindi. Nothing is recorded without your consent, and you never share a password, a PIN or an OTP with us.

1

Before the call

A short questionnaire: income, current commitments, what you intend to borrow and roughly when.

2

The session (45–60 minutes)

We translate your position into the terms a lender uses, and identify what is genuinely holding the application back.

3

The checklist

Within two working days you receive a written readiness checklist, sequenced, with a realistic timeline attached to each item.

4

The pre-application review

On a plan, we review the pack again before you actually apply, so nothing avoidable costs you the sanction.

No. We are not a lender, a broker, a DSA or a loan aggregator. We take no commission from any financial institution and we do not pass your details to one. You choose and approach your own lender; our fee comes from you and only from you.

No. Approval is the lender’s decision and depends on criteria we do not control and cannot see. What we can do is make sure nothing avoidable is working against you when you apply.

No — it is an illustration built on a common FOIR assumption, not a quote. Real eligibility depends on the lender’s own policy, your documentation, your employment profile and much else besides.

Yes, and often more so. Documentation and consistency carry more weight when income is irregular, which makes deliberate preparation worth more, not less.
